FOOD

The last few years I have been eating anything and everything I ever wanted to. Recently I have been feeling sluggish, requiring lotsa caffeine, and I been getting the fat on, but unable to get it off! With a 3-4 year old in tow, my energy to go to the playgrounds and participate in the actual playing has been up against the wall b/c of low energy, and saying no to my 3/4 year old sux! Wanting to change my physical appearance back to what feels comfortable has not been easy, but two dreams, one the night after the next said the word VEGAN. I was a vegetarian for 18 years, 3 of those years were vegan, but I was a terrible eater back then didn't like the fresh veggies, living off-a boxed vegan meals and veet, which had tons of sodium (6 years ago). Now I'm all grown up and here we go back to vegan! But I have help this time! The net provides me with tactics to feed the need, and I found a few amazing people to follow: Rich Roll (staples listed below), vegan tri-athelete. At 40, he said he was fat and tired, and that's how I felt a week ago. Well thanx Rich, your simplicity of eating has kept me sustained and not hungry or deprived! I feel awesome! Not napping at noon, playing at the playground and not dreading walking my dogs for a long walk! One week and I feel right within my self. My cooking has returned to me after a long verse...I'm gunna make it through my 40's with pizazz...
