There is so much art out there by incredibly talented people. When I come across them, like L. A. Marler, contemporary artist, designer, photographer, fine art printer, and jewelry designs. I just have to shout it out that this is an incredible place to shop for all my amazing friends and readers to purchase art for the holidays.

This week in Los ANgeles the LTD engagement of GhettoPhysics is happening at the RAVE theater, Culver City, CA. This important film documents politician-talk and ultimately backing out of their promises, and other insidious deeds done by our elected leaders. The little people become disgusted and apathetic about the way of the politician and decide not to vote, and the parties sit back and laugh when the polls come in, knowing they won due to the way of apathy. These spin doctors are sneaky and will accomplish their will if the little people don't step up to the plate. C'mon People! SHow up to see a film that will revive your vocabulary regarding the politics that rule our country!

The Modern Survivor

Here is some Ghetto information for the pimp world gov't: This morning I talked with a guy at the Venice Beach, Ca dog park park who lives in his RV. He told me about the new rules for RV's that are now being enforced by the police, after a woman in her RV dumped hazardous waste onto the streets of Venice, and not the proper dumping station.... vehicles over 17 ft. long can not park around the Venice residential area, not in the paid parking lots, and that all persons found sleeping in their vehicles will be cited and or towed. The recession brought people to purchasing RV's and residing in them, and there are a lot of law abiding citizens living therein, unable to afford the skyrocketed rentals, thus are officially subject to harassment.

Venice beach has been gentrified and all the wealth that wanted to live the cool life where the artists live, took over and made it impossible for lower income residents to live in what had been their home for years. I personally have lived in Venice for over 10 years, with a 6 year travel to other towns across the USA. I can no longer afford to move into my old homeland, due to gentrification, and I stay in Los Angeles, at mom's pzzad until I can gather the 1st month (1300), security (1250) and dog deposit (600). I can relate to those in their RV's struggling, surviving, thinking it'll all be good again, but until that savings is full, the World Bank gains my interest, not my future landlord.

GhettoPhysics is an expose' on the real hard issues that the hard workers are dealing with. Can't wait to have the old words, pimp & ho have a new definition: "I be using U and U be taking it like the Ho U R! Crazy that such unflattering words wold have a comeback, alas, they serve us....as E. Raymond Brown has revived the term Pimp so eloquantly....

Those we choose to be our mates are not disposable, including pets, friends, and those we marry. It sucks when we discover that our chosen love is a jack booty, alas, we have to keep on trying, something that I continually try to upgrade, keep the relationship alive without war I mean.
It is the same with our speech, the way we communicate to each other. It is an act of loyalty to communicate without manipulation, though we do do it with each other, it is something to consider. I recently saw a film, Ghettophysics and can't wrap my head around the interplay between people and how it has a tendency toward manipulation. Just check out the film when it comes out and report back. I;d love to hear whatcha got to say...

The Truth Circles Our World

Sometimes experiencing the green movement, the eco movement, the warrior of the people against human enslavement movement is like standing in a wild wind, with a little bit of evolvement seen, though over time it is clear.

It is so important that we all speak out aginst what is wrong, but when we finally stand up to it, we see the potential for fear because the people doing the wrongs (BP, Bad Governments, Small Town Bigots) have power, and they can effect our lives with their wallets.

When something moves me in a positive way, I let it out! A new film is on the global horizon and it is talking to us about how truth is distorted in semantics, and the filmakers compare the lingo used by politicians to the street level, Ho & Pimp. When you see GhettoPhysics, and the scene with the news feed under Adolf Hitler and what he is really saying, the propaganda breaks the chains of truth being held and caused millions to be duped, on both sides...
